Pizza Recipe by Caitriona Barron

Quick easy and tasty family pizza using the 6th sense Whirlpool oven.


Set oven on pizza no need to preheat.



  • Store bought pizza base
  • Store bought sauce I used tomato and basil
  • 1 tsp Garlic granules
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 50g grated mozzarella
  • One fresh buffalo mozzarella
  • 30g Parmesan
  • One packet prosciutto
  • 4 pineapple rings optional
  • Salt pepper
  • Fresh basil
  • 1 tbs olive oil




  • Set oven function pizza thin or thick base whichever you buy.
  • Spray base with spray oil
  • Lightly spread tomato sauce
  • Sprinkle garlic granules and
  • 1 tsp of the oregano


Add grated mozzarella, quarter the pineapple rings and add to pizza, tear mozzarella and top sprinkle Parmesan and season with salt and pepper cook accordingly, once cooked add prosciutto and torn basil leaves drizzle with olive oil.


If you prefer to make your own base, our recipe is below:

2 cups of warm not hot water
2 packets of yeast
1tsp sugar
1tbs honey
5 cups all purpose flour I like to use 00 flour


Add yeast and sugar to water let proof for 5 min
Add honey and half of the flour kneed with dough hook or lightly by hand add the rest of the flour again kneed lightly form a ball put in a large oiled bowl cover with cling and sit for 30 mins I then put in the fridge and let sit over night. Cut into 4 balls, roll out on a lightly flour surface to thickness desired. Add sauce and toppings cook according to thickness of the base for the 6th sense oven.
