Welcome to our Click & collect information page! We offer a click & collect service by on which you can order your goods online and come into store to collect them. Our priority is to have your order ready, so that you can collect  it ASAP we aim to have your order ready within 2 hours!

Collections

1.        . If you choose to collect your goods, we will email you when your goods are ready and can be collected. Your order must be collected within fourteen days of this notice.

2. We reserve the right to allocate your goods to another customer and reorder the goods for you, if you do not collect them within this time.
3. Orders can be collected from our warehouse at the rear of the store.

4.          You must bring your email receipt as proof of purchase when collecting your order.

5.      Title and risk in the goods pass to you on collection of the goods

Returns

1. When you purchase goods online, you have a statutory right to return those goods unopened up to 14 days after receiving your order.  You must email us to info@joyces.ie telling us that you wish to return your order.  We will refund the purchase price excluding delivery costs.
2. Goods returned are returned at your risk and cost.  They must be returned unopened, securely wrapped and including our delivery document.
