We are looking for a Full-Time Ecommerce & Warehouse operative

Ecommerce & Warehouse operative

We are seeking a new team member, to join the Ecommerce/Warehouse team. This team is responsible for the administration and fulfilment of Ecommerce and in-store orders. This role involves picking, packing and receiving products in line with departmental procedures, while delivering a high standard of service to both internal and external customers.

 

Core tasks:

  •    Pick, pack and ship orders.
  •         Receive, check, sort and stow all products.
  •        Work indoors or outdoors in the yard ensuring safe operations for the team and our delivery partners.
  •         Liaise with Internal and external partners.Manage courier & customer collections and outward deliveries.
  •        Respond to customer enquiries.
  •         Ensure customers are given the best customer service possible, in a speedy and efficient manner.

 

 

Experience and competencies required:

  • -          Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential.
  • -          Ability to work in a Warehouse & office.
  • -          Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • -          Positive, enthusiastic, hardworking attitude.
  • -          with a solution focused approach and comfortable working on own initiative.
  • -          Ability to work as part of a team.
