Portofino hoods are elegant and co-ordinate with the Portofino cooker range, whilst offering solid extraction and low noise levels.

Most Smeg hoods offer the choice of ducting or re-circulating, so you can choose your preferred method. Ducting out extracts cooking fumes and expels them outside, using a vent kit (available as an optional accessory) The diameter of the ducting hose should match the vent outlet of the hood (which can be found in the features tab). SP150 - Simple vent kit for hoods with a 150mm diameter vent outlet SP150FLAT - Comprehensive vent kit for hoods with a 150mm diameter vent outlet SP215 - Simple vent kit for hoods with a 120mm diameter vent outlet SP217 - Comprehensive vent kit for hoods with a 120mm diameter vent outlet Re-circulating extracts the cooking fumes and passes them through active charcoal filters (available as an optional accessory), recirculating the cleaned air back into the room. Intensive extraction - A powerful intensive speed can be selected when quick extraction is needed, whether you’re creating a sizzling stir fry or a preparing an aromatic curry, even the strongest cooking odours will be removed in no time.

Stainless Steel Filters - Easy cleaning with washable stainless steel metal grease filter(s) which can be put into the dishwasher.

Led Lighting - These lights are long lasting, save money and perfectly illuminate the work surface below. They can be switched on regardless of the fans, and used simply to create ambience lighting in the kitchen.
